Looking for Grubs

A property manager asks if we can check some condos for grubs.

Hi 

Okay will take a look for grubs as part of your lawn care package
Not always able to tell conclusively as the grubs are under the sod
If skunks or raccoons find them it is easy to see where they have been digging
If there are dead patches, we can check those easily.
There may be areas that are green and do not appear to have grubs, but the grubs are there underneath. If the animals find them 2 days later - they are better at finding them than humans.

We will inspect- but if we find no evidence,  we will not say that there are no grubs, 
We will say that we didn't find any.
Haven't developed X ray vision yet and it is not practical to dig up every piece of lawn.
